Guidelines of the Art Room

Classroom Rules

• Walk quietly into the classroom and sit down.  Students in grades 5-8 should also take out their notebooks & pencils.
• Listen quietly and attentively when the teacher is speaking.
• Handle all materials and supplies safely.
• Be respectful of other people and art materials in the classroom.
• Share supplies and art materials with others.
• Listen and follow all directions the first time that they are given.
• You are responsible for your own table's clean-up.

Consequences

• Verbal warning
• Name on the board
• Phone call or letter home to parent/guardian
• Behavior card flipped (Grades 3-4)
• Loss of a card (Grades 5-8)
• Work not completed during clas time will be completed at another time, set by the teacher.
